Regarding training and retraining of miners, MSHA states the following:
30 CFR § 48.25 - Each new miner shall receive no less than 24 hours of training.
Our three-day class provides 24 hours of training covering specific 30 CFR Part 48.25 required sections according to a MSHA approved training plan.
30 CFR § 48.28 - Each miner shall receive a minimum of 8 hours of annual refresher training.
Our one-day class provides 8 hours of training covering specific 30 CFR Part 48.28 required sections according to an MSHA approved training plan.
