This written program is required for employers in the State of California.  Program elements of the IIPP must include a safety committee that meets regularly, conducting scheduled and periodic inspections to identify unsafe conditions and work practices, other written policies, accident investigation techniques and management buy-in.  WSS can create a new written program or revise a current program to address updating requirements and changes issued by Cal/OSHA.
