Purchasing
Prices, terms and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Orders become valid and the sale shall be deemed to be made in Mesa, Maricopa County, AZ. All sales are subject to the laws in the State of Arizona. The amount of taxes for online purchasers in the State of Arizona shall be added to the purchase price and paid for by the purchaser, or in lieu of thereof, the purchaser shall provide us with a tax exemption certificate acceptable to the taxing authorities. Purchasing may be made by Discover, MasterCard, VISA, or American Express.

Shipping
Workplace Safety Specialists, in conjunction with the manufacturers and distributors of the product lines represented by Workplace Safety Specialists, reserves the right to determine means of shipping. Shipping and handling charges will be pre-paid and added to the original invoice. All shipments are made at the purchaser’s risk. For express or expedited shipping options, please call 1-888-889-0003.

Shipping of hazardous materials will require special handling or packaging and will require additional charges. These charges are outlined in the product description.

Product Returns
Workplace Safety Specialists believes in 100% customer satisfaction. Most items may be returned without a restocking fee. If a restocking fee is assessed, the maximum charge will be 15% of the order. Claims for damage or loss during transit must be directly to the carrier. Workplace Safety Specialists is not responsible for the manner in which safety items are used and is not responsible for damage that occurs to items through misuse in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines. The user is responsible for ensuring products purchases are used in accordance with applicable regulatory and available guidance. Refunds will be issued within 30 days in the same manner that the purchase was made. Returns made due to an error on the part of Workplace Safety Specialists will be done at no cost to the customer.

Prior to returning an item to Workplace Safety Specialists, please contact us for a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) number. This will help us track and expedite the return. The return of products will not be accepted without an RMA number. To receive an RMA number, complete the "RMA Request Form" and submit to Workplace Safety Specialists customer service via email to sales@WorkplaceSafetySpecialists.com or fax at 480-649-2897. If assistance is needed in completing the form, please contact Workplace Safety Specialists customer service at 480-649-2851 or 1-888-889-0003. All returned products must be protected to prevent damage in transit and shipped pre-paid. Upon receipt of the RMA Request Form, Workplace Safety Specialists will direct the customer on where the product is to be shipped. Please follow the following guidelines when considering an item return:

Non-returnable Items

1. Products that have been special ordered
2. Items that have been marked or engraved
3. Items not accompanied by original packaging
4. Sterile products that have been opened
5. Items that have been used or damaged in use
6. Products that are more than 30 days old from the date of receipt.
7. Software that has been opened from original packaging and is in working condition (not defective).

Return Policy Guidelines

1. Please write the RMA number on the package label.
2. Enclose a copy of the original order form/invoice with package.
3. Shipping must be pre-paid by shipper; we do not accept C.O.D.'s.
4. A shipper that utilizes tracking numbers, such as USPS, FedEx or UPS, must be used. The tracking number must be provided to Workplace Safety Specialists upon receipt of the number.
5. Returns received after 30 days of issuance of the RMA may not be accepted.
6. Restocking fees, as applicable, will be deducted from the amount of refund.

Product Warranties
There are no express warranties or implied warranties including, but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Workplace Safety Specialists will only assist the customer in utilizing the manufacturer's existing warranty for a product.

Warranties may vary by product, product group and manufacturer. For specific warranty coverage, please contact Workplace Safety Specialists prior to purchasing. Workplace Safety Specialists may qualify any warranty questions per manufacturer’s guidelines.

Customers must follow all manufacturer's warranty registration procedures outlined in materials received with products.

Labor is not covered under warranty and charges may apply per manufacturer or Workplace Safety Specialists.
