The purpose of this course is to teach participants the skills and techniques needed for operating motor vehicles while towing trailers and other implements.  Students are required to demonstrate safe techniques for securing cargo on trailers, attach the implement to the drive vehicle and perform vehicle safety inspections.  Students will be instructed on Department of Transportation (DOT) and state regulations applicable to the type of vehicles they are operating.
